Kenshot is a screenshot tool that allows users to take screenshots of their computer screens.

Users may use Kenshot to take screenshots of their computer screens for any lawful purpose. Users may not use Kenshot to take screenshots of illegal or infringing content and Kenshot shall not be liable for any illegal use.

Intellectual property rights

Kenshot is owned by Kensoft PH. All intellectual property rights in Kenshot, including copyright, trademark, and patent rights, belong to Kensoft PH. Users are not granted any intellectual property rights in Kenshot.

Disclaimer of warranties

Kenshot is provided &qout;as is&qout; and without warranty. Kenshot does not warrant that Kenshot will be free of errors or bugs. Kenshot does not warrant that Kenshot will be compatible with all hardware and software.

Limitation of liability

Kenshot shall not be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising out of the use of Kenshot.

Changes to this Terms of Use

Kenshot may update this Terms of Use from time to time without notice.
